secureArmory (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy. This document describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS application.

We aim to collect only the information necessary for the App’s functionality.
a. Information You Provide
- Weapons Inventory Data — Brand, Model, Serial Number (optional), Location, Last Used date, Last Cleaned date, Status, and optional photos.
- Locations — Name, Address details, City, State, Zip.
- User Profile — First Name, Last Name, Home Location (from Locations you create), Email, Phone (all optional).
b. Automatically Collected Information
- Basic device and app version data may be collected by Apple for diagnostics or crash reporting.
- No tracking SDKs or third‑party analytics are embedded in the App.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To store, manage, and display your weapons inventory, locations, and profile information within the App.
- To sync your data across your devices through Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit services.
We do not:
- Sell your data to third parties.
- Share your data with advertisers.
- Track your activity across other companies’ apps or websites.
3. Data Storage & Sync
- All user‑generated data is stored privately in your personal iCloud account via CloudKit’s private database.
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple.
- The developers of secureArmory do not have direct access to your private iCloud data.
4. Photos and Camera Access
If you choose to add a photo for a weapon:
- The App will request access to your camera and/or photo library.
- Photos you select or take are stored in iCloud as part of your private records.
- Photos are not uploaded to any developer‑controlled server.
5. Your Choices & Controls
- You may add, update, or delete any of your records at any time from within the App.
- Deleting the App from your device does not automatically delete records stored in iCloud; you can manage these in your iCloud account settings.
6. Third‑Party Services
The App relies on:
- Apple iCloud / CloudKit — for secure storage and syncing.
- Apple’s App Store — for distribution and purchase.

7. Security
We take reasonable measures to ensure your information remains secure, including:
- Relying on Apple’s built‑in encryption and authentication mechanisms for iCloud.

secureArmory is not directed to individuals under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App or on the App Store listing, with the “Effective Date” revised.
